Shipping & Delivery

Most international shipments originate from FOB China. Air Carriers used are UPS, FedEx, DHL, and various private carriers.

We ship directly to you or drop-ship on your behalf to one delivery destination. For multiple destinations & split shipments, we can provide you with a quote for additional shipping fees. Tag fees currently range from USD $8 – $20 per tag and are based on the quantity & weight that is being shipped.

Shipping fee quotes cannot be guaranteed until an Order is fully processed. on a projected delivery date cannot always be promised or guaranteed.

Unfortunately, due to external logistical and carrier issues on a worldwide level, projected delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We have strong long-term working partnerships both internationally and domestic that routinely meet or exceed expectations with delivery deadlines. However, while very rare, such unforeseen deliver issues that are out of our control may impact a delivery deadline. When and if this happens, we will keep you informed and do our best to provide options and resolve satisfactorily.

Shipping Issues (other than shipping delays)

If an Order you receive as any issues or defects with products or goods including damaged packaging, we require you to notify us via email to Orders@alldaypromoinc.com within 48 hours so that we may initiate the claim process. Please provide us with detailed information, photos and any official documentation. Timely notification will allow us the opportunity to work with you and our vendors to resolve any issues to the best of our ability and our goal of customer satisfaction.

Sample Product Requests

Please submit a sample request via email to Orders@alldaypromoinc.com Samples that we have on-hand in our Colorado office are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 48 hours.

If a sample is not available from Colorado, customers have the option to have it shipped directly from one of our affiliates in China. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the air freight to be delivered. There is a cost for shipping samples via air freight, fees start at USD $28 per package. This sample/shipping cost may be credited if an Order is placed within three (3) months for the same item.

Please note that actual shipping prices quoted per request are only valid for 24 to 48 hours. We cannot guarantee pricing until a sample request/Order is fully processed.

Payment Options & Terms
  • Pay Online: A secure email link will be provided via our invoice system for online payments.
  • Pay Over the Phone: We can securely process your payment over the phone.
  • Pay by Mail: Business checks and money orders can be sent to our address via USPS or an express shipping provider such as Federal Express or UPS.
Payment Terms:

All Day Promo payment terms are 100% prepayment for all Orders. Currently, we do not offer any extended payment terms.*

  • *At our discretion, existing customers in good standing, Schools & Government purchase orders, and/or Orders above USD $5000, may be eligible for alternate terms. Example: Any outstanding balances will become due upon confirmation that your order has shipped.
  • All PPE Orders are pre-paid 100% prior to processing, cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable.
  • All quotes on Orders are guaranteed for 72 hours (except shipping).
  • All quotes on shipping fees are guaranteed once Order is processed.
  • There is a $35 service fee for each returned check, for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on, and/or withhold product, or suspend Orders for any outstanding balances not paid in an agreed to and timely manner.
Credit Card Processing & Fees

For credit card & PayPal payments, there is a processing fee we pass directly to you and add as a line item on invoices. Our merchant processing fee rates may vary from time-to-time (and by merchant) and we do our best to provide you with the lowest rates available to us before adding to your invoice.

Credit Card payments made online through our invoice payment link currently has the lowest processing rates. Please let us know in advance if this is your preferred method of payment to ensure the lowest possible processing fee.

Order Cancellation

Once items have been processed, we can no longer accept a cancellation. All Orders for PPE items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. If you need to change your Order prior to processing, please contact us immediately to discuss any possible options.
